This class is a combination of mindful stretching and vinyasa (flow) yoga aiming for mindful movement that balances energy and strength. The stretching is to wake up the body and then we meld our movement and breath together for a flow class that will help us feel strong, flexible and balanced. Vinyasa and mindful stretching help develop a keener awareness of the body and breath; after this practice you may find greater ease both on and off the mat. All levels are welcome. This is a one hour class. Please bring a mat if possible. These classes will continue through the end of March.
