Cooking and nutrition class for kids, Middle School and older.
Students will learn: how to choose nutrient dense food, read food labels, follow a recipe, identify proper portion sizes and use safe food handling procedures.
Instructor Tracey Valach with WVU Extension Services. There is not a fee for this class, but space is limited so PRE-REGISTRATION is required.
Starting Feb 5, Mondays from 4-530pm for 6 weeks.
